1. Waterborne
diseases - It caused by drinking water contaminated with bacteria. Diseases
examples are diarrhea, typhoid, dysentery, hepatitis, and parasitic.

Water-washed diseases – It caused by a lack of clean water for cleansing the
body. Diseases examples are trachoma, scabies, lice, skin ulcers, etc.
3.
Water-based diseases - It caused by pathogens or animal diseases that live in
water, such as the life cycle of the liver fluke and the blood fluke.
4. Water-related insect vectors - It caused by insect. Diseases examples are
malaria, dengue mosquitoes mainly caused by lymphatic filariasis , yellow fever
, etc.
